Trying out the Safari with Samantha during recreational therapy

 My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by making my bed. I then went into the kitchen to drink a cup of hot cocoa while eating my fruit. After doing so, I then had half of an english muffin, while eating a bowl of cereal with banana. After doing so, I then went to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. At 7:00 I began to do my back stretches. After doing so, I then took my shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. At 7:30 I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 7:42 I had listened to my audio book while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. At 8:00 I then left the house arriving at WestSide at 10:00 a.m. Once inside, I went directly to the gym. for my 10:00 a.m. p.t. appointment with Betsy. While in the gym, I had said hi to Caryn the new P.T. Betsy had me start off by walking laps. After six laps in ten minutes, Betsy had me go into the parallel bars to do my left lifts side kicks and forward and backward kicks. Betsy then had me do toe and heel raises. She then had me do one leg forward and one leg backward. She then had me do toe and heel touches on the block of wood. Betsy then had me step over cones. Betsy then held cups and I had to stand and put one cup on top of the other crossing over each arm. She then had me stop over comes one more time before ending the session. At 11:00 during my recreational therapy session with Samantha, she first had me try the Afar i. This is a walking bike. You rest your arms on the handles and push the bike. At 11:22 we then began to work on my book. I had brought in my book with all my code. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat lunch. Samantha was non kitchen duty for the first half hour. Once I had finished eating at 12:30, I then went into one of the bathrooms to brush my teeth. I then went to the lobby to wait for my nest therapy. At 1:00n I went into the game room for chess group with Keileigh. today I played chess against another client. I ewon, How amazing. At 2:00 during poety group One the clients read a poem she wrote for her granddaughter at her wedding. Skylar then had us write a poem about autumn. At 3:00 I had left to go home and did arrive home until 5:00 after dropping off three other clients. Once I had taken a shower and was comfortable, I then ate dinner before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.
