Caryn wants to me walk without my A.F.O. while in the clinic

 My Thursday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by going into the main camp to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, I then two hard boiled eggs with a slice of toast. Once I had swilled my glass of orange juice down, I then returned to my camp to make my bed after doing so, I had brushed my teeth. and shaved. After doing so, I then preceded to do my back stretches. At 6:255 I had shaved before taking my shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops, I then took in some air. At 7:30 United Wheelchair had arrived and I was soon on my way. I arrived at 7:40 and I was soon on my way. I arrived at WestSide at 8:40. I sat in the lobby until 9:00 while waiting for my rehab session with Luke. While waiting, I saw Caryn the physical Therapist. She told me to start walking without my A.F.O. while in the clinic during the day, so as to strengthen my ankle.During chess group we played a game of chess. I bit the bullet and took a loss. At 10:00 I then went to the craft room for paining group.. Today I painted clouds and sky in my painting and next week I will be painting a palm tree. At 11:00 during chess group with Keileigh I played one game with another clients. before going back to camp at 12:00. I arrived. at camp at 1:50 having half of a sandwich for lunch. At 2:00 I then returned to my camp to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I slept until 5:50 before taking a shower. I went into the main camp to eat a salad for dinner. I then returned to my camp at 6:35 to blog of my day.
