talking about option of things to do with Innis

My Tuesday morning began at  5:30 a.m. by going into the main camp to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 5:3 I then had a two egg omelet with half of an english muffin. At 5:56 I then returned to my camp to shave and brush my teeth. aT 6:12 I had made my bed before starting in with my back stretches. At 6:25 I then took my shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I was dressed, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. I then left for WestSide. Upon my arrival at 9:00 a.m. I had gone strait to the gym for my P.T. evaluation with the physical therapis Caryn, so that I could still keep seeing Dan then physical therapy assistant. After then assessment she decided that she would like me to keep my new sneakers at WestSide to use them in therapy. At 10:00 during poetry group, Skylar had us write a poem about our best therapeutic experience that we had while at WestSide. At 11:00 during cribbage group I played two games. lost one and won one. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch. At 12:30 I had my session with Innis. I first showed her the progress that I making on my second book. We then spoke about joining the fitness center once I returned home for the winter. She told me to call medicare 1-800--633-4227 to see if I am part of the Silver Sneakers program. We then looked at apartments that are part of the Iris network, We then spoke about the Lewiston Auburn support group every first Saturday of each month and noon to 1:00 at Georges Pizza for the blind. At 1:30 I then went to the kitchen to make chicken with Luke in cooking group. I was in charge of mixing the dry ingredience. Once the chicken was cooked we took it home. I arrived at camp at 4:48 took my shower, ate my salad and dinner before pulling up my blog and type of my day.
