Strengthening those. muscles
My Saturday morning began at 10:20 a.m. by getting dressed and going into the main camp to eat my fruit and to drink a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had an egg and half of an english muffin toasted and some home fries. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 11:15 to brush my teeth and shave. At 11:34 I then made my bed before putting in my eye and nsoe drops. After taking in two puffs off air with my inhaler, I preceded to do my back stretches. At 12:00 I then did my hand stretches.. At 12:088 I then continued to do my stroke stretches. At 12:10 I then worked my upper body with my weight exercises. At 12:18 I then strapped on my ankled weights and began to exercises my legs. At 12:23 I then went into the main camp to cool down while I had an ice pack on my back. At 1:00 I then returned to my camp to rest and I slept until 4:00. After taking a shower, I pulled up my blog at 4:21 and typed of my day.
