White strips
My Monday orning began at 9:20 a.m. by going into the kitchen to eat my fruit. After doing so, I then dunked some toast into my hot cocoa for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 9:54 to brush my teeth and shave. aT 10:20 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. I then put Crest 3D white strips on my teeth. I listened to my audio book until 10:50 then took the white strips off. At 10:55 I then did my back and stroke stretches. At 11:330 I grabbed my dumbbells and preceded to do my upper body workout. At 11:36 I then strapped on my ankle weights so as to do my leg exercises. I had soon finished my workout taking a prochlorperazined pill, so as to get rid of the nausea feeling before laying down to rest. I slept from 12:00-2:45 before waking. I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 3:30 I then ate dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 3:40 to blog of my day.
