A visist with my sister

 My Monday morning began at 7:25 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so,  Billy from WestSide called, the receptionist to let me know that Angela my Occupational Therapist was not in today. He wanted to know if I wanted to cancelle my day. I said yes. At 7:30 I then had beans, half of an english muffin, and an omelet for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, at 8:10 I then brusheed my teeth before putting in my eye and nosed drops. After taking in two puffs of air, At 8:15 I then took the sheets oft of my bed and made it with clean ones. I also put on a clean blanket and mattress pad. At 8:25 I then I began to do my back stretches. I then shaved before doing my stroke stretches. At 9:40 I then began to do my arm exercises with a thera band. At 9:55 I ten di did my constant therapy. At 11:00 I then lied down to rest and slept until 3:00. I then had celery filled with peanut-butter with a glass of coffee milk. At 4:00 I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 4:30 I then visited with my sister and parents. At 4:35 I then played cribbage with my sister. At 5:10 I then ate dinner with my sister in my bedroom, while our parents ate in the kitchen.At 5:30 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
