Doing my daily workout

 I began my Saturday morning at 10:40 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, I three oatmeal cottage cheese  pancakes. Once I had finished eating, at 11:10 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air, I had made my bed. At 11:30 I began to do my back stretches. At 12:00 I then worked my upper body by doing my thera band exercises to build up strength in my arms. At 12:10 I then began to do my stroke stretches. At 12:15 I then finished my workout. At 12:15 I then did my speech therapy on line. At 1:00 I then continued working on my second book. At 1:30 I then had a pop-cycle while talking to a friend. At 2:40 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I slept until 4:30 before shaving and taking a shower and  getting comfortable for the night. At 5:00 I then ate dinner. At 5:40 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
