My Tuesday morning began at 9:40 a.m. by drinking my hot coco while eating some fruit. At 10:00 I then had a slice of toast, with some Canadian bacon, one egg, along with some cukes, and tomato's. Once I had finished eating, at 10:20 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then made my bed. At 11:00 I then walked the driveway to get some exercise. At 11:15 I then went back inside after six laps up and back to do my back stretches. After shaving, I then did my thera band exercises. At 11:55 I then did my stroke stretches while watching the news. At 12:45 I then did my constant therapy. At 1:00 I lied down to rest. I slept until 2:15 before taking a shower. Once I was ready, I left for the chiropractor. I arrived at 3:00 a.m.. Once I signed in, I then had had my adjustment. I talked to the chiropractor about my Hersey sneakers that I use to where that were custom made to fit my foot. He said they have a better grip. At 3:30 we left the Chiropractor, arriving home at 3:45. Once I was comfortable, I then sat down to talk with my parents and sister. At 4:50 I returned to my bedroom to blog of my day before eating dinner.
