My Wednesday morning began at 9:20 a.m. by drinking my cocoa while eating my fruit. At 9:30 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana along with a toasted english muffin with jam. At 9:50 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 9:10 I then did my stroke and back stretches. After doing so, I had done some hip hikes to strengthen my hips before shaving and taking my shower. Once I was dressed and ready for the day ahead, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in tow puffs of air with my inhaler. At 11:30 I then was on my way to WestSide on United Wheelchair. I arrived for my 1:00 P.M. appointment. I had gone straight to the conference room for Cribbage group. We played two groups of partners. My partner and I lost. At 2:00 I then stayed in the conference room for puzzle group with Alicia who was filling in for Abby. At 3:00 during painting group with with Alicia, I finished my painting of Santa.n At 4:00 I then went to the lobby to meet Bob the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me home. I arrived home at 5:15. After taking a shower and comfortable for the evening, I then ate dinner. After doing so, I pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
