My Monday morning began at 7:30 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 7:32 I then had dropped egg on toast. At 7:55 I then had brushed my teeth and shaved before taking my shower.. Once I was dressed and ready for the day ahead, I then did my back and stroke stretches while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. I left to got to WestSide at 10:40. I sat in the lobby for twenty minutes doing my constant therapy before going to Angel office at 11:00 for my Occupational Therapy session. Today we worked on questions to ask Dr Henry, so that he could send my records of my eye appointment to the Iris Network. Angela then had me do some journaling, answering the question, how are you? We then talked about setting goals for my O.T. sessions with Angela. At 12:00 I then went to the dinning area to eat my lunch. At 1:00 I then went to the craft room for laughter group with Angela. Today we watched Mogio. At 2:00 I then went to the gym for my Physical Therapy session with Caron. After walking three laps in the hallway around the gym and dining area, I then returned to the gym to ride twenty minutes on the Nu Steps on level four. I then went into the parallel bars to do exercises. I first did hip hikes and side steps. Caron then had me lay on a mat on my side to do clan shells. At 3:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would me taking me home. It was Mike. I arrived home at 4:30. After taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening, I then ate dinner. At 5:45 I then pulled up my blog and typed my day.
