My Friday morning began at 10:30 a.m. At 10:45 I then ate my fruit while drinking a cup of tea. At 11:00 I then had a toasted english muffin with jam, along with a bowl of cereal. At 11:15 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, At 11:45 I then took the sheets off of my bed. At 12:00 I then made my bed with clean sheets while watching the news at noon. I then shaved before starting in with my constant with my constant therapy. I then called United Wheelchair to see what time I will be picked up to go to my Doctors appointment. Pick up time Monday at 9:20 a.m. to go to Great Falls Plaza in Auburn. Dr. Poulin. At 12:50 I then continued with my constant therapy. At 1:30 I began to do my back stretches. At 1:55 I then did my stroke stretches. At 2:00 I then did my arm and leg exercises with the thera bans. At 2:11 I then worked on my book. At 3:00 I had taken a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 3:25 I then ate earler dinner then usually. At 4:18 I then pulled up my blog, so as to type of my day.
