My Monday morning began at 7:08 a.m. by eating my and drinking a hot cup of cocoa. At 7:20 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana along with with an english muffin. At 7:40 I then brushed my teeth before taking a shower si as ti get ready for the day ahead. Once I was dressed, I then shaved before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, At 9:30 I then left on United Wheelchair for a doctors appointment in Auburn. I was going to an ostiopath, Doctor Jessica Pulon I arrived at Great Falls plaza where the office was at 10:30 a.m. Doctor Pulon then did pressure point by putting her arms around me and rocking me. I could feel it in my head shifting the pain out. At 11:30 I then scheduled another appointment for three weeks before leaving on United Wheelchair to go home. I arrived home at 1:15. I then put on something more comfortable for the day. At 1:25 I then had a sandwich with coffee milk. At 1:55 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 2:30 I then finished my constant therapy. At 3:00 I then did my back stretches. At 3:45 I then blogged of my day.
