Chiropractor

 My Tuesday morning began at 9:30 a.m. waking to a phone call. At 9:45 I then ate my fruit while drinking a cup of hot apple cider. At 9:45 I then had two blueberry muffin. At 10:00 I began to do my back stretches. At 10:35 I then took two Tylenol because my back went out as I was brushing my teeth. At 10:40 I then shaved before brushing my teeth. After putting in my eye and nose drops, I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 11:00 I then lied down to rest until 1:05. Once I was dressed and ready to go,  I then washed my face before leaving to go to the chiropractor at 1:45. At 2:00 I arrived. After filling out my forms for a new ingury, I then At 2:15 I then had my adjustment. At 2:35 I then left the office. At 2:37 we arrived at Hannaford to pick up some things. At 3:06, we arrived my father and I. Once inside, we ate dinner. At 4:30 I then took a shower. At 4:50 I then blogged of my day.
