I began my Wednesday moring at 5:00 a.m. by stretching those bones. At 6:00 I then went on the swin air dine for a half an hour. I then went upstairs to eat breakfast. This morning I had a peanutbutter and bananna sandwhich toasted. After my shower I then picked up my bedroom before leaving on United to go to WestSide for a 9:30 a.m. speech appointment, with Carina. She and I spoke about breathing exercises to help with my breathing. At 10:00 during my p.t. session with Amanda, She first had me on the mat doing leg raises. She then had me on the bike for fifteen minutes. At 11:00 I then went to lunch with Dan Doyon the Chaplan at D'youville. We went to mom and pop diner next to WestSide. After an enjoyable lunch and great conversation At 12:00 Dan took me back to WestSide So that I could meet with Nancy for an o.t. session. Today Nancy first had me do the arm bike for fifteen minutes. We then used the wee. While using the wee I worked on my balance while ski jumping and slalom. She also had me try the golf. But first you'll never guess what had to be done. You guessed it, the gate belt was first put on. Safety first. At 1:00 United arrived to take me home. Upon my arrivel at 2:30 I jumped onto the swin air dine. I road it for thirty minutes, I then began my weight exercises. At 3:30 I then began to stretch until 4:05. Once I had finished stretching, I went to the kitchen to eat dinner. I then went to my bedroom to blog, before soon calling it a day.
