speed walking during during p.t.

I began my Wednesday morning at 4:00 a.m. by doing, YOU GUESSED IT, stretching. At 5:00 I then did my weight exercises. At 5:30 I made my way to the kitchen to eat my breakfast. At 6:00 I then made my way downstairs to ride the swin air dine. At 6:30 I then went back to my bedroom to shower and get ready for my day ahead. Once I was entirely ready I then did my mouth exercises. At 7:30 United arrived to take me to WestSide. Upon my arrivel for a 9:30 speech appointment, I first stopped at the front desk to ask Melissa if it woud be possible to have United pick me up Monday December 5th at my sistes in Scarbourough. No problem. Diana then gave me some tips during my speech session on how to wake up the nerves around and inside my mouth. she first suggested buying an electric toothbrush to vibrate on the outside of my mouth using the flat side to wake up the nerves. She then suggested to stroke the side of my tongue with an ice cube to do the same thing, wake up the nerves. At 10:00 during my p.t. session with Amanda she first had me peddling the bike. I did 1.66 miles in twenty minutes. She then had me walking around Westside on the bottum floor where the gym and kitchen are. Towards the end of the session Amanda had me walking at a fast pace with a gate belt on so if I were to lose my balance she coud catch me. It wasn't so much my balance, but my foot started to get tired and started to drag a little. At 11:00 I then left for home. Thank goodness it was a short day. After that P.T. session, I was wiped. I arrived home at 12:00 thus making myself a sandwhich for lunch. At 12:30 I then lied down to rest. I was so tired I didn't wake up until 4:00 p.m. I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 4:30 I went back to my bedroom to do my weight exercises and to stretch. After my shower I then went to the kitchen to eat my dinner. At 6:45 I sat down to blog before soon calling it a day.
