Filling out a medical card with the nurse at WestSide to stick in my wallet for my trip.

I began my Tuesday morning at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to do my weight and stretching exercises. Once I had finished with my monrning workout, I then made my way into the kitchen to eat breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then continued to get ready to go to my daily theropy sessions at WestSide. United arrived this morning at 7:30 a.m. From there we had to go pick up another client along the way. Once we had arrived at Westside, I went into the building signing in as usual. Then David, Donald, and I then went into Yoga group with Carol and Tracy. We first did some deep breathing then a snap as it was refurred to, or a quick snort through the nose. We then went on to do strengthening exercises. Torso twist, yoga pose, At 10:00 I then meet with Jennifer for finding meaning group. No other group members showed up, So I spent the hour talking to Jennifer about my Trip to Tennessee I will going on. How my mood has been and ideas for the group. At 11:00 during my break to wait for Mellisa to find a case manager for me to talk with about some paper work I had received in the mail. I then met with Christine. After doing so I then meet with Sally the nurse. We talked about my up coming trip. she then filled out a medical card for me with my primary doctor, and neourologist. It is a card with West Side information on it with space to put other medical needs necisary. I then stuck it in my wallet. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch before going home. At 12:30 Larry took Andy and I home. I first had to go to canton where Andy lived. I arrived home at 2:15. Upon my arrivel home, I rode the swin air dine for thirty minutes. I then went to the kitchen to wash my lunch dish's. At 3:00 I then went to my bedroom to begin my exercise routine of weights and stretching. At 3:40 I then called my grandmother. We spoke briefly. I then finished with my stretching before sitting down to blog.
