A nick name for me

I began my Wednesday morning at 6:00 a.m. by getting up to do my stretching exercises. Once I had done so I then did my weight exercises both arm and leg. Once I had finished with my weight routine, I then went to the kitchen to eat fruit ceareal and a carrot muffin for breakfast along with a cup of hot cocoa. Once I had finished eating my breakfast, I then brushed my teeth before riding the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 7:45 I then went back to my bedroom to get ready for my day ahead. Once I had taken my shower, I then cleaned my bathroom before bringing my things to the door. I then waited for United to arrive. I arrived at WestSide for my 11:00 a.m. P.T. appointment with John who was filling in for Dan. During the session John first took my blood pressure, 118 over76. I then rode the Nu Step for ten minutes. In that time I burned 49 calories and went .61 miles. After a brief rest I then took a second attempt at riding the Nu Step. This time I went ten minutes, .56 miles, burning 46 calories. John then took my blood pressure again. this time it was 118 over 65. Once I had finished with the Nu Step, John strapped the gate belt around my waist and we took off walking around the bottum level at WestSide. I managed to walk ten laps before the end of the session. I then took a brief rest to catch my breath before going to the kitchen to eat my lunch. Once I had finished eating, I then went upstairs to the conference room fro suuport group at 1:00. During support Todd, Dee Dee, Tina, and I disucussed week 19 "Feeling Good About Yourself" with Nancy and Ashly. Some of the questions that were up for discussion were. What has your injury cost you? What activities do you do that make you happy? During todays group we were given nicknames. Tod: Mr. Positive, Tina: Cheer Leader, Dee Dee: Climber, Denise: On the move, and I was "The Role Model." After support United took Tina and I home. I arrived home at 3:20. Once I was inside I went to my bedroom to beging stretching, while drinking a smoothy. At 3:50 I then proceded to do my weight exercises. At 4:10 I then wrote down addresses I want to take on my trip to tennessee so as to send post cards too, If time allows. I took my shower getting comfortable for the night. At 5:05 I took an air flo reading: 460, 460, 510. At 5:15 I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then went to my bedroom to blog. Before ending the blog I took one more air flo reading. 410, 470, 480.
