Making cookie crackers during Recreational Therapy

My Friday morning began this day at 5:30 a.m. by getting up to stretch. At 5:55 I then preceded to to do my weight workout. first my upper then strapping on my ankle weights I worked my legs. After taking my shower, thus getting for the day ahead, I then went out into the kitchen to eat a bowl of cereal with a toasted blueberry muffin. Along with some fruit of course. Once I had brushed my teeth I grabbed some money for todays cafe meal and my knapsack, quickly saying good-bye to my parents and out the door I went. Along the way we had to pick up two more clients to make the trip to Lewiston. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had put my knapsack into my locker before going back to the lobby to wait. We soon left for the mall with Dan and Casey to do some walking. While walking I had talked to Dan. We had returned to WestSide at 11:00. I then went to the conference room for stretching group with Michelle and Alex. We each took turns naming a stretch thus working on our memory as well as our strength. At 12:00 we then all went to the dining area for todays cafe group. On the menue was two anchelata's, Mexican rice, and a whoopie pie for desert. Once I had finished my lunch, I had taken a shower before carrying on with my day. At 1:00 I had met Tobie in the kitchen for my recreational therapy session. Today we made cookie crackers with nuts, keebler crankers and hot melted butter. My assignment is to go home and pick out another cookie recipe so as to bring in Monday so that the ingredients can be shopped for so that Tobie and I can bake next Friday. At 2:00 Don from United wheelchair took me home. I had arrived home at 3:30. Upon doing so, I had folded my laundry and put it away. I then slipped into something comfortable before sitting down to blog.
