a workout to put me to sleep

My Friday morning began on this thirteenth day of May at 9:00 a.m. I had gone out into the kitchen to fix myself a cup of cocoa to go along with the fruit that I eat. After doing so, I then sat down to enjoy. Once I had finished doing so, I had then fixed myself a bowl of cereal to go along with my piece of tost. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 9:37 so as to brush my teeth and shave. after doing so, I had made my bed so as to neaten things before starting my workout. I had first had cycled for thirty minutes. At 10:30 I then returned to my bedroom so as to stretch. Once I had completed the routine, I then grabbed my weights and worked my arms. At 11:00 I had strapped on my ankel weights, so as to work my legs. After doing so, I then made myself some ice water before calling my grandmother. Once off the phone I had some lunch. I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:20-3:40. Not feeling all that well pryer to laying down, I am surprised I did not sleep longer. At 4:10 I had spoke to a friend briefly before sitting down to eat dinner. At 5:11 I had taken a shower before calling my grandmother. I then pulled up my blog so as to type of my day.
