working on my breathing with John while exercising

My Tuesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen so as drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. At 6:20 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave. At 7:00 I had then taken a shower thus getting ready for the rest of my day. Once I was ready I then grabbed my lunch and knapsack and out the door I went. United wheelchair had me at WestSide Neurorehab's door step at 9:45. I then put my lunch and clothing into my locker. I then went to the lobby so as to wait for John. He and I then went to the gym. John first had me on the lyptical. John then had me doing some weight exercises. In doing so, I had experienced breathing problems, do to my stroke. So John showed me when to breath in and release as I did the weight exercises. At 11:00 I then went to the arts and crafts room for expressive arts. Today Michelle had us working on our wind chymes. At 12;00 I had taken a shower before going into the dining area so as to eat my lunch. At 12:30 I then spoke to deb about my upcoming appointment at Mass General. I can not wait until it is over and my medication is working for me and preventing me from having any seizure symptoms what so ever. At 1:00 I then went to the conference room for Literature group. Today Laura had us reading Marly and Me. At 2:00 during my recreational therapy session, Tobie had me writing a little for my book. At 3:00 I then went to the conference room for creative writing. Laura first had us do a free write. We then worked on a writing assignment. At 4:00 Dan from United took me home. I had arrived home at 5:30. Once I was comfortable I had eaten my dinner before calling my grandmother, I then ate dinner before pulling up my blog.
