doing a cognitive based activity during gardening group

My Monday morning began at 9:15 a.m. I had decided to sleep in a little extra longer doing to my later then usual appointment at WestSide. I had gone out into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit before returning to my bedroom to make my bed. I then went back out into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa, while eating a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 9:50 I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave before putting some clean laundry away. At 10:01 I then began my workout. I first worked my upper body with my weight exercises. I then stretched. At 10:30 I then strapped on my ankle weights and then worked my legs. Once I had completed my workout, I had called my grandmother before working on my book. I did so for an hour before going back out into the kitchen so as to eat some lunch. I then brushed my teeth, thus grabbing my knapsack. United Wheelchair was outside waiting for me. I had arrived to WestSide at 1:30. Upon doing so, I had sat in the Lobby so as to start indoor gardening. The therapist was not there today which we normally work withl, so Laura had taken over the group. We had gone to the computer room so as to play hangman-a-roo on the computer. At 3:00 during my nursing time with Brenda, she had taken my blood pressure before talking about my trip to Mass General next Monday. At 3:30 United Wheelchair then took me home. I had arrived home at 4:38. Upon doing so, I had gone strait to my bedroom so as to take a shower before ating dinner. I then called my grandmother before pulling up my blog. I then called it a day.
