Preparing for a presentation on monday
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed ao as to stretch. After doing so, I had grabbed my weights and began to workout. Once I had completed my upper body strengthening, I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to work my legs. At 5:50 I had taken my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. After doing so, I had gone out into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had a bowl of cereal with a half toasted english muffin. At 6:50 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. At 7:10 I then called the pharmacy to place my order. United Wheelchair then took me to WestSide. Upon my arrival for 9:00 a.m. I had put my things in my locker before. I had arrived earlier then usual 8:30 to be exact, I had heard Piper over the loud speaker announce, "all those who work with Troy M. report to conference room A." I then waited in the lobby for my first therapy to begin. At 9:00 I then had gardening with Tobie. She and I went to the beds so as to mix coffee grounds, that Casey and I went to get last week, into the soil. At 10:00 during memory strategy group, Michelle spoke to us about reducing sugar in our diet so as to help recharge memory. At 11:00 during Brain Injury Education Group we had first put packets of information together so as to take with us to the presentation on Monday at Franklin Memorial Hospital. We will be presenting in front of the scrub club. At 12:00 I then went to eat lunch before taking a shower. At 1:00 I then went to the conference room for support. Once we had shared and talking about our week I then grabbed my things and left for home at 2:00. I had arrived home at 3:00 and went strait to bed. I had slept until 5:00 before getting up to eat dinner. I then called my grandmother before pulling up my blog.
