Working with nurse Sally during a rehab session
My Modnay morning began at 5:10 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so, I then strapped on my ankle weights so as to work my legs. At 5:30 I then grabbed my weights and began to work my upper body. At 6:00 I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 7:15 I then sat down to eat my breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before sitting down to fill my empty pill containers for the week. I then grabbed my knapsack and lunch, out the door I went. United wheelchair had brought me to Bates college pond where I had meet Dan and Laura and the rest of the walking to wellness group to do some walking around Bates Pond. Once we were back to WestSide I had met with Sally who was filling in for Jessica for my rehab session. We spoke about my time at Mass. General and Dr. Moss. My follow up is on 6/23 Thursday. Sally then took my blood pressure, 122 over 78. Nurse Sally is hopeful with the nurses rushing into my room do to my setting off the alarm because of seizures will show somethings. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen for lunch. After taking a shower, I then met with Nurse Brenda. She first took my blood pressure 120 over 80 I then showed her the progress on my book. We then went over the medication I am now taking. At 1:00 I then worked on editing book with Deb. At gardening group First played hangaroo with Jill who was filling in for Liz. We then did some music trivia, At 2:35 we then switched to Buzz Word. At 4:47 I then arrived home and changed into something more comfortable before eating dinner. I then went to my bedroom so as to call my grandmother before enter my daily blog entry.
