working on my balance while tossing rings during an exercises session with John
My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by working my upper body with weights. After doing so, I then stretched. At 5:55 I then strapped on my ankle weights ao as to work my legs. At 6:10 I then took my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:30 I then made my way out into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit then a banana sandwich for breakfast. At 7:00 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then grabbed my things and out the door I went. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. I had put my lunch and clothing into my locker before meeting with Brad. Once I had finished talking, relieving my frustrations over all of this chaos and things that have been bothering me, I then went to the gym for my p.t. session with John. John had me working on my balance by tossing rings and bean bags but first taking a step as I do so, thus shifting my weight. John had to catch me a couple of times. I guess things with never be the way they use to, no matter how hard I try. We then worked on ways to strengthen my core by leaning from side to side. At 11:00 during expressive arts we had continued to color before looking for new projects to do in magazines. At 12:00 I had taken a shower before eating my lunch. I then had a support session with Sara. We had taken a walk while taling. At 1:00 during literature group we had read chapter nine. Laura then gave us questions to answer for next week. At 2:00 during recreational therapy, I continued to work on my vision board thus finding pictures on line of people running and mountain climbing. At 3:00 during creative writing, I had first had a ten minute free write, Laura then had us do a mad lib. We then worked on our stories before doing another mad lib. At 4:00 I then went home. I had arrived home at 5:30 entered my blog before eating.
