Having my back adjusted

My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by taking two Tylenol for the pain that I was experiencing. After doing so, I then shaved before making my bed. I had to do so on my knees for the pain in my back was to intense. At 5:23 I then was able to sit and stretch my arms, hands, and feet. At 5:35 I then took my shower and shaved before putting in eyes and nose drops. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a toasted English muffin. At 6:22 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once I had cleaned my bathroom, I then left for WestSide. Upon my arrival at 9:00 a.m. I was experiencing severe pain so I had taken two Tylenol. I then went to the kitchen with Trevor to help prepare for todays Thanksgiving feast. I had first chopped butter into slices so as to put in plates. I then opened bags of rolls to be put on plates. I then put tags by plates with SalLy to be used for a drawing. I then put the plates with butter in them on the tables with Laura. I then put plastic wrap on the trays with cranberry souse on them. Once I had finished washing dish’s, I had wiped the tables. At 10:45 I then sat down to take a break while drinking some water. At 11:00 I had gone back into the kitchen so as to make stuffing and mashed potatoes with Jessica. At 12:00 Florian from United Wheelchair took me home. I had arrived home at 1:00. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then lied down to rest. I had left the house at 2:30 with my father to go to the chiropractors. Once in the office, I had told Dr. Roberts what had happened to me a week ago, He then made his adjustmEnts then had me put my hands on my back and by my side. I then went home. Once I was home at 3:28 I had taken a shower before eating dinner. At 5:15 I then pulled up my blog and began to type.
