Time at the doctors before time with my family
My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by getting up so as to take a shower and shaving Before getting on with my day. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted English muffin. At 6:50 I then brushed my teeth. Once I had my eyes and nose drops in I had grabbed my knapsack and met United Wheelchair outside my front door. I had arrived at WestSide Neuro Rehab at 8:40 a.m. I then sat in the lobby while waiting for my first Therapy. At 9:00 I had visually impaired group. Today Nancy had us looking over things that will help us in the kitchen. She had told me about a device you put on your mug in the morning when pooring hot water into, it will beep so as to warn you when it is full so as not to overflow. We also talked about walking up and down stairs. We then discussed cooking, laundry, and medication. At 10:00 I then had my rehab session with Michelle. Today she helped me look up information on how to get a white cane that helps with mobility. I then found out that I had to get a script from my primary care phisition. We then went on Maxi aids website. We then printed out a copy so that I could bring to my doctor today. At 11:00 during Brain Injury Education Group, we had played mind your marbels. We then spoke about upcoming presentations. At 12:00 I then met my ride in the lobby. I had arrived home at 1:00. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then brushed my teeth before leaving to go to the doctors. Upon my arrival I had met with the doctor. After having my back x-raide I then had my blood drawn. The doctor then gave a script for p.t. To help strengthen it. At 3:50 I then left. We arrived home at 4:10. My sister parents and I then talked while enjoying odderves. At 5:00 Ihad taken a shower before enjoying more odderves. At 5:40 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
