Making an advent calendar during rec therapy
My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready, I then went into the kitchen at 6:10 so as to have some fruit before having a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast, At 6:50 I had returned to my bedroom so as to obrush my teeth. After doing so, I had put some clean laundry away before putting in my eye and nose drops. At 8:00 United Wheelchair had arrived to bring me to therapy. I had arrived there at 9:00 thus sitting in the lobby for fifteen minutes before my counseling session with Clark. Today Clark had me first down load a bio feedback app. He then had me use the app by practicing my breathing by taking six breaths per minute. Four seconds inhale and six seconds exhale. He would like me to do this twenty minutes per day. At 10:00 I then had recreational therapy with Tobie. Today I helped Tobie with making an advent calendar to sell at this years annual craft fair at WestSide. Which will be Thursday 11/9/17. At 11:00 a.m. I had expressive arts with Laurie. I and the other clients in the group continued to make snowflakes. Today I had Laurie spray my second snow flake I made I then put glitter on it. I then made a third one. At 12:00 United Wheelchair had taken me home. I had arrived home at 1:00. After a bowl of soup, I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:40-3:00 before waking. I then spoke to my grandmother before eating dinner. At 4:47 I then returned to my bedroom, pulled up my blog, and began to type.
