Fire drill at westside
My Wednesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so I had gone into my bathroom at 6:00 so as to shave an take a shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:20 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit before having a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. At 6:45 I then went into my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eyes and nose drops so as to be able to see and hear better. At 7:30 Sheryl from United Wheelchair arrived to brush me to WestSide. Upon my arrival had spoken to Vicky briefly. At 9:00 I then went to the conference room for visually impaired group. Today Nancy sharing stories with one another about experiences while at the grocery store. At 10:00 during a rehab session, I had played a game of cribbage with Brittney. At 11:00 Dan came around gathering the clients who are susceptible to having seizures. He had brought us outside so that he could have a fire drill. It is a good thing. I know what loud noises do to normally. I can not imagine what a fire alarm would do. While I was outside waiting, it felt like I had an aura. At 11:25 we all went back inside. We then did a brain quiz in brain injury’s education group. At 12:00 I then went home. I had arrived home at 1:20. Once I had eaten my lunch, I had brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I then got up at 2:30. I then left to go to the chiropractor. Upon my arrival at 3:00 I had an adjustment and left for home. I had arrived home at 3:27. Once Ihad taken a shower, I had spoken to my grandmother before eating dinner. At 4:50 I then brought up my blog and began to type in today’s entry.
