Resting after a ruff night

Last night ended a little ruff at 11:00 p.m. I woke up feeling like what I thought might of been a seizure. Once I came to, and was some what awake, I got up to take two Tylenol. Once I was back in bed, I lay there until 4:00 a.m. I then fell back to sleep for an hour. I then told my parents I was able to go to therapy. I then went back to sleep. I did so until 9:15 a.m. until being awoke by a phone call from Nurse Sally to see how I was doing. I then got up to make my bed. At 9:25 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat my breakfast. After a bowl of hot cereal and half bagel toasted, Ithen returned to my bedroom at 9:36 so as to shave and brush my teeth. After doing so, I then went back into the kitchen so as to fill my empty water bottle with ice and water. I then returned to my bedroom to put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At my back was in some pain so I then stretch it as best as I could. At 10:20 I then continued to stretch the best I could with my stretch’s from my stroke. At 10:30 I then read my book. At 10:50 I then put my splint on. I had kept it on until 12:00. I then rested until 4:30 before waking. I then went into the kitchen so as to have a bowl of soup and a grill cheese. Once I had finished eating, I had taken a shower, thus getting comfortable for the night. I then pulled up my blog and began to type in today’s entry.
