Happy Birthday Aundy Joan

My Wednesday Morning began at 10:15 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit and to drink my hot cocao. After doing so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal and a bagel. I had planned on going to therapy but do to the snowy weather we were having, all transportation had been canceled. At 11:06 I had then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then filled my empty pill containers. At 11:40 I had then called in my script. At 11:47 I then made my bed before doing my back stretch’s. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. I then continued with my back stretch’s. At 12:30 I then preceded with the stretch’s I do since having my stroke. At 12:42 I then had taken a shower before laying down to rest at 1:10. At 1:40 I then got up to eat some lunch. At 1:55 I then returned to my bedroom so as to bruh my teeth. At 2:00 I then brushed my teeth once again before laying down to rest again at 2:00. This time I had falling to sleep until 4:15. Once my eyes were open, I then had taken off my foot brace. I then went into the kitchen at 4:30 so as to eat dinner. I then called United Wheelchair so as to see what time I would be picked up tomorrow. 7:30 sharp. I then pulled up my blog and began to type in today’s entry.
