Frill Neck Lizard

My Wednesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to do my back stretch’s. I did so until 6:00 before starting in with my stretch’s that I have been doing since having my stroke. I am a little Leary on starting in with my weight exercises once again since having back problems, but I am eager to give it a try. At 6:10 I then shaved before taking a shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:30 I then ventured out into the kitchen so as to have a bowl of cereal with a banana along with a piece of toast. Once I finished eating’ Ithen returned to my bedroom at 7:00 so as to brush my teeth, put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. After doing so, I then met my ride outside. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. I had gone to the conference room for visually impaired group. The other client in the group with me was tellin me about this new wave cook ware. It shuts off by itself along with some other perks. “Frill Neck Lizard?” We also talked about writing an artical to put in the WestSide News letter on what it is like living with a brain injury and visual impairtament. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Michelle we first looked on face book. I had excepted a friend request, and knew the person was a client from rehab, but not quite sure who she was. Michelle and I then looked into talking books for the blind. We had sent an email to Jim from the main state library. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for Brain Injury Awareness group. Today Michelle had us reviewing a poster to see if any changes need to be made on it. I then had read some information to the group I had received from visually impaired group. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so as to meet my ride to go home. Upon my arrival home at 1:30 I had eaten my lunch before laying down to rest. I had first put on my splint. I then slept until from 1:45-4:35. I then took off my splint. I then went into the kitchen to eat dinner. I then returned to my bedroom so as to type in todays blog entry.
