emailing my O&M instructor to reschedule appointment.

My Sunday morning began at a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do the stretches that helped me during my stroke. At 7:17 as I was doing them I had felt symptoms that I have when I feel a seizure come on. All though it was not a grand mol, I still had the sour taste in my mouth and sick feeling in my stomach but no blurred vision. It then was followed by a headache for the better part of my day. At 7:24 I then was able to precede with my back stretches. At 7:34 I then shaved before working my upper body. At 7:40 I had taken a shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 8:00 I then made my way into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip, before having a bowl of hot cereal with half of a toasted english muffin. At 8:15 I then went back to my bathroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nosed drops before taking in my first puff of air. At 8:30 I then. Listened to my audio book while waiting. At 9:30 I then emailed my O&M instructor Jordon so as to let him Kano that tomorrow would not work for me to meet. I then let him Know that Wednesday at 1:00 would work better. At 9:39 I had left the house with my mother. We had first made a stop at hanaford before she dropped me off at the Pierce House. Once I was in my grandmothers room, she and I played cribbage while waiting for my mother to get out of church. Once my mother had arrived, she had given us communion before sitting sown to visit. We did so until my grandmother had to go eat. At 11:37 my mother and I had left the Pierce House. We had arrived home at 11:47. Once I was comfortable I then went back into the kitchen at 12:00 so as to eat lunch.. At 12:15 I then went to my bedroom so to brush my teeth. I then lied down to rest and slept from 12:30-3:10. I then did some reading. At 3;22 A friend had called. At 4:30 I then ate dinner before taking a shower. I then sat down at my desk at 5:00 and began to type in todays blog I entry.
