Stopping by Schooner Estates
My Monday morning began at 6:00 a.m. Once I was up, and had my bed made, I then began to do the stretches that have helped each morning since having my last stroke. At 6:13 I then began to do my back stretches. Once I was loosened up, I then preceded to work my upper body by doing my weight exercises. At 6:25 I had shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the rest of my day. At 6:52 I then made my way into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit. At 7:00 I then fixed myself a bowl of Cheerios with a banana with a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 7:15 so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 8:18 I then called WestSide to check on my transportation for tomorrow. At 9:00 I then left the house with my parents for Scarborough for a neurological appointment. We had arrived at Maine Medical partners at 10:45. Once I was checked in a nurse took me into a room to go over my medications and to get my blood pressure. 127 over 88. I then met with Lisa a nurse practitioner. I had let her know what has been going on before she checked with Dr. selvitely. She gave me some options, but I decided to state with the medication I was on. She then let me know to have blood work done. At 12:05 we had left the doctors offices. Along the way we had stopped at Schooner Estates to drops some things off in my apartment at 1:00. I will start living there next week. Excited and nervous all at the same time. My parents and I continued to set up my apartment. My furniture and bed was already in the apartment we were just dropping off some small stuff. I then helped my mother make my bed. I then made a list of some of the things I will need. At 2:33 we then left Schooner Estates. We had arrived home at 4:00 after making a stop or two along the way. We had arrived home at 4:00 Once I had taken a shower, I then ate dinner. At 4:52 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
