Learning how to use the laundry room

My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. my first morning getting ready on my once again since having my last stroke to go to WestSide. It sure has Been quite the journey thus far. At 5:30 I started in with my stretches that have helped me loosen up my back. At 6:00 I then shaved before taking my shower, I then went into my kitchen so as to at some fruit before having a bowl of cereal with blue Berry’s and piece of toast. Once I had finished, I then brushed my teeth. I then sat down to rest. I did not have to meet my ride by the front door of schooner estates. Upon my arrival to WestSide at 8:30 a.m. while sitting in the lobby, I had emailed Steven my case manager at Westside my new address. At 9:00 I then went to the conference room for newsletter group. Today I worked on my article for the news letter. Once I had finished it, I then emailed it to Jessica to publish in the news letter. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Carol, we had looked over schooner Estates website, looking over the events and other things going on. At 11:00 during genealogy group we had watch a documentary on on your family tree. At 12:00 I then met my driver from Schooner estates to take me back to schooner estates. Upon my arrival I had met with gezel to talk about event going on at schooner. At 1:00 I then went to the dinning area to eat with my father. At 1:57 We then went back to my apartment so as to rest. I did so until from 2:27-4:45. Before I fell to sleep a woman had knocked on my door wanting to take my picture so as to hang on the wall with the other residence. I had asked if she could come back tomorrow’s 8:00 a.m. she agreed. Once I was awake, I had tried on some new shorts my fr father had picked up while I was sleeping. At 5:15 I then went to the laundry room so as to start my first wash. At 5:30 I then had a cucumber sandwich before pulling up my blog.
