Don't count the days, make the days count.

My Thursday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do the stretches that have helped since me loosen up each morning since having my most recent stroke. At 5:20 I then preceded my workout at 5:30 by doing my weight exercise both upper and lower. At 5:35 I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then had a scrambled egg with a half english muffin. At 6:17 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once I put in my eye and nose drop, I then took in some air. At 7:00 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 7:30 I then grabbed my knapsack and met United Wheelchair in my driveway. I had arrived at WestSide at 9:00 a.m. I had gone strait to the conference room for success group. Today I talked to Patti about my goals. And successors over the week. At 10:00 during Healthy Brains we played the game clue with Jamie and Brenda. I was amble to solve two of the answers with the clues given. Our homework for the week is to watch a video on YouTube on how to play Clue. At 11:00 during my rehab session with Jamie, we had gone out into the community. We first stopped to get a hot chocolate before going to wal-Mart. We then sat in Dunkin there to watch a Utube video on how to play Clue. At 11:50 we had returned to WestSides. I then met the United Wheelchair Driver who would be taking me home. I had arrived home at 1:00. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:00-4:50. I then went into kitchen with my parents. My father and I had given my mother her card and gifts. At 5:10 we then ate dinner. At 5:50 I then typed my blog before having a piece of cake.
