Taking a walk in Thorn Craig

My Wednesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by setting the sheets out so that I could have my bed changes and made. I then made myself some hot cocoa to drink while doing my stretches both back and stroke. Once I had finished stretching, I then drank my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. At 6:12 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 6:30 I then washed my dishes and picked up. At 6:32 I then had brushed my teeth and shaved before taking a shower. At 7:10 I then listened to my audio book while waiting to go downstairs to meet my driver hear at Schooner Estates. Upon my arrival to WestSide at 8:20 I waited in the lobby. At 9:00 I then went to Nancys office for visually impaired group. Today the other client was letting me know that Jordon my O&M instructor works with me strictly in the community. Where as Sam would work with me with safety in my home. Using the stove, microwave ect. The other client let me know that I should email Tim and ask him about starting to work with a vision rehab specialist. Then Nancy asked us to think over the week how we can apply easy communication. At 10:00 I then went for a walk at Thorn Creg with Jamie during our rehab session. At 11:00 we arrived back at Westside. I then went to Priyadarshi’s office for mindfulness and meditation. Today he had done a visual tour with us, walking in the forest, listening to water. At 1:00 I then met with Steven my case manager. We spoke about how things are going. I then went to the lobby so as to meet my ride to take me back to Schooner Estates. I had arrived back to Schooner Estates at 12:40. Once I was organized, I then went to eat lunch. Once my way, I had met the cleaning lady. She let me know that she would be in my room to clean tomorrow. I then ate my lunch. At 1:50 I then went back to my apartment Once I had brushed my teeth, I lied down to rest. I had slept from 2:00-4:15. I then emailed Steven my case manager at WestSide how the I felt walking today in the heat. He had asked earlier today in an email. At 5:50 I then made myself a tomato and lettuce sandwich to eat. At 5:30 my parents had called to see how I was doing. I am still getting use to being alone in my apartment at Schooner, I still hear others around. Once off the phone, I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
