My Thursday morning began on this second day of September at 6:30 a.m. by doinoog my stroke and back stretches. After doing so, I then went into the main camp at 9:30 to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of tea. Once I had finished doing so, my father made me a dropped egg on an english muffin. with a half of a banana on the side. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 9:53 to take my shower and shave. Once was ready for the day ahead, I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then use my inhaler. At 10:20 I made my bed before putting laying down with an ice pack on my back. At 11:00 I then called Chelsey at the Devision of the Blind and left a message for her to call me back. I then listened to my audio book while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 11:00 a.m. right on the nose, with no time to spare, Dan was there waiting for me at the door. We had gone down to the gym together on the elevator. Once inside the gym, Dan had me first on the nu step for ten minutes. He then had me on the mat doing my back stretches. Dan the strapped a gate belt around me and had me walking around the hallway, so as to see my balance was walking heel to tow at a staggered stance, strait heal toe, and regular walking. We then went back to the mat to stretch once again before going into the parallel bars. He me standing one foot in front of the other to see how long I could do it. After several times changing feet and stances, I then returned to the lobby at 2:00 to Calvin, the United Wheelchair Driver who would be taking my back to camp. I had arrived at camp at 3:20. Once inside my camp, I had taken a shower. Once I was comfortable, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
