My Tuesday morning began at 6:40 a.m. by making my bed. I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. After doing so, I then did my back stretches. Once I was all loosened up, at 7:04 I shaved and took my shower, thus getting ready for my day ahead. At 7:30 I then went into the main camp to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 7:45 I then had a scrambled egg with half an english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I returned to my camp at 8:00 a.m. to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before using my inhaler. At 8:15 I saw that my pill cases were empty and that I had some time to spare, so I sat down to fill them. At 8:40 once they were filled, I had drove up the hill, "our driveway" with my mother to wait in her car. At 9:30 Frank from United Wheelchair had arrived. We had arrived at WestSide at 11:30. I was thirty minutes late for the time that I was to be there. "ONCE HOUR!" Once inside, I had made my way to the conference room. today Danelle was covering creative writing group for Laura. Our assignment today was to write about the nicest thing a stranger has done for you. I had wrote it in poem form, as usual. Next Danielle asked how many of us keep a journey. I said that. I keep a blog. We then talked about how writing helps with anger. Danielle then let us know that Mindy will having a focus group next week. this is where we get to change the therapy's that we were in during the summer months to more of the fall and winter events. Which won't start right off, it is just to get an idea who is interested in doing what. Then before leaving, I wanted to tell the receptionist something, but they were in C.P.R. training. I had left a note on Kala's phone. At 12:00 United took me to camp. I arrived there at 1:30. After a cup of cottage cheese and a cup of egg nog, I lied down to rest. I had slept from 1:46-4:50. Once I had taken a shower, I had gone into the main camp to eat dinner. At 5:40 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
