My Monday morning began at 9:45 a.m. by going into the main camp to eat some fruit while drinking my tea. At 10:00 I then had an egg cup and half of a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 10:24 to brush my teeth and make my bed. I then began to do my back stretches and then the stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 10:55 I took my shower and shaved thus getting ready for the day ahead. After doing so, I had put my eye and nose drops in before using my inhaler. Once I was dressed and ready for the day, I sat to wait for my ride. At 11;00 I heard this toot in the driveway. There and then I new it could not be United Wheelchair. It was the company Uts. Before going to WestSide I had to go to Augusta, Winthrop, and one more town before arriving to WestSide. Some of the stories I heard on ride my ride. Luckily tomorrow I will be back on United. I arrived at WestSide at 12:40. At 2:00 during my P.T. session with Elizabeth, she first had me do my stretches. She then made some changes to them. She then had me walking in the hallway without my cain. At 3:00 I then left for home. I had to make a couple of stops along the way getting me back to camp at 4:40. Once I had taken a shower I then got nice and comfortable. I then went into the main at 5:17 to blog of my day.
