My Sunday morning began at 9:15 a.m. by making my bed. At 9:36 I began to do my back stretches. At 10:00 I had made my way into the kitchen so as to eat my fruit and drink my hot cocoa. I then had some hash with an egg. Once I had finished eating, at 10:23 I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. At 10:40 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 10:46 I began to do the stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 11:00 I then listened to my audio book while having an ice pack on my back. At 11:40 I had taken the ice pack off. At 11:42 I began to do my weight exercises. Upper and lower body strengthening. At 12:00 I then went onling for about fifteen minutes. I then began to watch some football at 12:30 until 2:00. I then lied down to rest and slept until 4:10. Once I had taken my shower, and was comfortable for the evening, I then went into the kitchen at 4:37 to eat dinner. Once I had done so, I had returned to my bedroom at 5:18 so as to pull up my blog and type of my day.
