My Sunday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by watching Sunday Mass online. At 6:30 I then watched the news before going back to sleep at 7:00. I had slept until 9:00 before waking. Once my bed was made, I then went into the kitchen to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 9:30 I had eaten an egg on a slice of toast with cheese and coleslaw. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at at 9:50 to brush my teeth and shave. At 10:15 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 10:20 I began to do my back stretches, followed my stroke stretches. At 11:05 I began to do my upper body workout with my weights. At 11:10 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 11:20 My daily workout was complete. I then put an icepack on my back sixteen minutes. I then went to sleep while listening to my audio book and slept until 2:40. I then put some clean laundry away before playing a game of cribbage with my mother at 3:00. I then took a shower and got comfortable for the evening before eating dinner. At 4:38 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
