Organizing my workout sheets into sleeves so as to put into binders.

 My Monday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen, so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating my fruit. At 9:15, I then had a bowl of oatmeal with half of an english muffin. At 9:25 I then made my bed At 9:30 I had brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then sat down to fill my empty pill containers. At 10:12 I began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 10:26 I began to do my back stretches. At 10:53, I then began to do my upper body weight workout. At 11:00 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 11:05 I then put an ice pack on my back for twenty minutes. I then put the icepack on my legs. I then put it on my ankle. At 11:50 I then put my workout sheets into sleeves before putting them into a binder. At 12:30 I then shaved. At 12:50 I then went into the kitchen to have a stuffed egg with a shake for lunch. At 1:00 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:00-3:53 before taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening. After doing so, I then brought up my blog and typed of my day.
