My Saturday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen, so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, at 9:30 I then ha a slice of french toast with some home fries. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 9:44, so as to brush my teeth. Once I had shaved, I then made my bed before putting in my eye and nose drops. At 10:20 I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler before starting with my back stretches. At 9:45, I began to do my stroke stretches. At 10:55 I then grabbed my weights and began to work my upper body. After doing so, I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 11:15 I filled my empty pill containers before putting an ice pack on my back. while listening to my audio book. i then made my move in words with friends before before watching a brief weather update on the nor easter that we were having, praying that we would not lose power today. I then payed two games of cribbage with my mother. At 12:38 I then had a snack before returning to my bedroom at 1:10 so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest at 1:15. I had sept until 3:45 before waking. I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening before going into the kitchen and having a bowl of homemade corn chowder for dinner. I then returned to my bedroom at 4:40 to pull up my blog and began to type of my day.
