My Friday morning began at 9:05 a.m. by waking to a phone call. I then got out of bed and got dressed for the day. At 9:20I then had eaten my fruit while drinking a hot cup of apple cider. At 9:35 I then had pancakes for breakfast. At 10:00 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 10:15 I then began to do my back stretches. At 10:30 I strapped on my ankle weights before starting in with my leg exercises. At 10:40 I then began to do my weight exercises with my arms. At 10:45 I then continued with my stroke stretches. At 11:00 I had finished my workout. At 11:05 I then shaved before sitting down to watch television. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon until 1:00. I then went online to do some writing and chat with a friend. At 2:15 I then had half of a sandwich with a glass of ginger ale. At 3:00 I then watched television before taking a shower at 3:35, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 4:00 I then pulled up my blog, so as to type of my day, before eating dinner.
