My Saturday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a hot cup of cocoa. After doing so, I then at 10:30 had some home-fries, scrambled eggs, and a slice of cinnamon bread toasted for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then at 11:00 brushed my teeth. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops, I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler before shaving. At 11:20 I began to do my back stretches. At 12:00 I then put some clean laundry away before doing my stroke stretches while listening to my audio book. I then continued with my leg exercises. At 12:30 I then grabbed my dumbbells and began to do my weights exercises. At 12:35 I had finished my workout and read an article until 1:10. At 1:15 I then lied down to rest and slept until 3:25. After taking a shower so as to get comfortable for the evening, at 5:55 I then ate dinner. At 4:20 I then blogged of my day.
