My Tuesday morning began at at 9:30 a.m. by making my bed. At 9:35 I then had some fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 9:50 I then had half of an english muffin with home fries, meatballs, and some banana. At 10:10 I then brushed my teeth. At 10:27 I then put in some eye and nose drops, before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 10:30 I began to do my back stretches. At 10:50 I then began to do my stroke stretches. At 11:00 I began to do my upper body workout before strapping on my ankle weights and doing my leg exercises. At 11:15 I finished my workout. At 11:20 I then shaved before sitting down to fill my empty pill containers. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon until 1:00. I then worked with my sticker book for an hour before laying down to rest at 2:00. I slept until 4:00 before waking. After taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening. At 4:35 I then ate dinner. At 5:30 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
