An appointment with my pcp

 My Wednesday morning began at 9:20 a.m. by going into the main camp to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. i then had two strips of bacon with an egg and a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating I then returned to my camp at 10:00 to make my bed. After doing so, I had brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in some air, I then sat down at 10:20 to fill my empty pill containers. At 11:00 I had called WestSide to let them know that I would like to attend the special event next Friday. I had spoke to Kala and let her know. Steven my case manager called back letting me know how do not do well in the summer heat and mentioned that it might not be a good idea to go to the Grey animal farm. At 11:20 I had taken a shower. Once I was ready, I then watched the news at noon. At 12:30 I then did some reading while waiting to leave. At 12:50 my father took me to Dr. Seally's. On our way we stopped off at the lot to check my sisters trailer. At 1:30 we had gone home to get the mail and fill up some water jugs to bring to camp. At 1:42 we had left the house. We had arrived at the doctor's office at 2:00 before making a stop at Mt. Blue drug. Once I was checked in the nurse had taken my blood pressure. 116 over 72. I then saw dr. Seally. We had spoke about my asthma and she bumped up my puffs from two twice a day to three. with my symbacourt inhaler and told me to stop taking my rescue inhaler. At 2:50 i then left the doctors office and went back to camp arriving at 3:15. I then lied down to rest and slept until 5:00. After taking a shower, I then went into the main camp to eat dinner. I then went to my camp at 5:15 to blog of my day. 

Writing about someone who we admire

 My Tuesday  morning began at 5:00 a.m. by taking a shower and getting ready for the day. At 5:30 I then went into the main camp to eat a bowl of cereal with banana. I also had had a toasted english muffin with peanut butter. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my camp at 6:00 to brush my teeth and put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had used both of my inhalers, I then said good-bye to my sister and was on my way. Once United Wheelchair had me at WestSide Neuro Rehabs doorstep, I went inside. After my temperature check with Kala the receptionist, I had gone downstairs to gardening group with Laura and Kayli. Today the group first talked about our goals. Then kali took the other two clients outside to water and weed the garden. while I stayed inside with Laura do to the heat to water the plants inside. At 10:30 we took a break before gathering once again for the second ninety minutes for our writing group. Today I had written two poems before Laura gave us a writing prompt. We had to write about someone we admire and why. At 12:00 I then went into the lobby to meet the United driver would be taking me home. While out in the lobby Laura pointed out a special event going on next Friday. A trip to the Gray animal farm. I told her that I would think about it. I had arrived at camp at 1:00 p.m. Once I had a bite to eat I had gone into my camp at 1:30, brushed my teeth and went to bed. I had slept until 5:10 before waking to take a shower to cool down, getting the water as cold as I could stand. Once I was out of the shower and comfortable for the night, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day, before eating dinner with my parents. 

Calling United to see what time that I would be picked up

 My Monday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by getting dressed for the day. I then went into the main camp to drink my hot cocoa while eating a bowl of rice krispies with banana. After doing so, I then returned to my camp to to brush my teeth and put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in a puff of air with each inhaler, I then made my bed. At 10:20 I had left camp with my sister and arrived home at 10:38. The deck still needed a little more painting before it was finished. My aunt and sister did that while I stayed in my bedroom to read. At 11:47 I then called United Wheelchair to see what time that they would be picking my up tomorrow. 7:30 a.m. I then continued to read. At 12:08 I then had eaten lunch. After doing so, I had brushed my teeth. At 12:40 my sister and I had left the house arriving at camp at 1:05. Once I had unpacked my knapsack, I then lied down to rest. I had slept from 1:15-3:30. I then spoke to a friend who had woke me by their call. At 4:00 I then took a shower, before pulling up my blog at 4:26.

Another day of painting the deck at home

 My Sunday morning began at 8:30 a.m. by getting dressed and going into the main camp. Once I was inside, I had eaten some grapes while drinking my hot cocoa. After a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast, I then returned to my camp at 8:56 to brush my teeth and put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in a puff with each of my inhalers, I then made my bed before packing my knapsack to take home with me. At 9:30 I had left camp with my aunt and sister to go home to continue painting the deck. At 10:00 we had arrived home. Today I had primed the wooden benches. At 11:15 I then stretched. At 11;40 I had gone down to our basement to cool off. while reading until 12:15. I then went back upstairs to eat lunch. I then continued to prime the benches. At 1:42 I had lied down to rest and slept until 3:00. we then left to go back to camp my aunt sister and I. Upon arrival at 3:40 I had put an ice pack on my back. After twenty minutes, I then went on the deck with my sister. At 4:40 I then returned to my camp to shave and  take a shower so as to get comfortable for the night. At 5:15 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day, before eating dinner with my aunt and sister.  

Spending another day at home

 My Saturday morning began at 8:45 a.m. by getting dressed and going into the main camp to eat breakfast with my sister and aunt. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 9:30 to make my bed and brush my teeth. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in a puff of air with each of my inhalers. At 9:57 I then left camp with my sister and aunt to go home, so that they could continue painting the deck. While at home, I had stretched, before starting to read my book at 11:45. I did so until 12:15. I then had eaten lunch. At 1:00 I had lied down to rest and slept until 4:00. At 4:15 we then left the house and went back to camp. Upon arrival at 4:38, I had gone into my camp to fill my empty pill containers. After doing so, I then had taken a shower and shaved before pulling up my blog at 5:40 so as to type of my day before enjoying a nice spaghetti dinner with my sister and aunt.

 My Friday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by getting dressed for the day before going into the main camp to drink my hot cocoa while eating my fruit. After doing so, I then had an egg cup with half of a toasted english muffin. At 9:40 I then returned to my camp to brush my teeth and put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in a puff of air with each inhaler, at 9:50 I then made my bed. At 10:05 I then said good-bye to my parents who were going to my sisters to spend the weekend at the coast, while my sister and aunt came to the camp to spend time with me. At 10:11 I then called United Wheelchair to see if I was traveling with them to WestSide next week and I was. YEH I AM BACK WITH UNITED WHEELCHAIR!!!!!!. At 10:24 I then began to do my stretches. I then put an ice pack on my back. At 10:40 my sister had arrived. At 10:57 my sister and I left for home. At 11:14 we then stopped off at the lot where she keeps hers traitor to spend time away from her house in the summer. she can do that, she works in the school system. At 11:27 we arrived home meeting my aunt there. My sister and I first swept the deck My aunt and sister then began to clean the deck to get ready to be painted. At 12:30 I then spoke to a friend. I then played words with friends. At 1:00 I had folded some laundry in the dryer. I then started another load of laundry before laying down to rest at 1:00. I had slept from 1:00-3:45. I then went into the main camp to make my bed with clean sheets. At 4:40 I then went on the main camp with my sister and aunt to sit for a while while eating chips and dip. At 5:30 I then went into my camp to take a shower and get comfortable for the night. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day, before eating dinner with my sister and aunt.

  My Thursday morning began at 6:30 by shaving and taking a shower. I then got dressed before into the main camp at 7:00 to drink my hot cocoa and eat my fruit. After an english muffin with peanut butter and a bowl of cheerios, I then returned to my camp at 7:35 to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in a puff of air with each inhaler. I then to wait. To my surprise United Wheelchair had picked me up to take me to WestSide Neuro Rehab at 9:30. It was not one of those other company's that could give a darn in fell into or our of the car. Living with a visual impairment, that would be easy to do. At 11:30 I had arrived at WestSide and the United Driver said that they would be taking me back to camp. What a relief. Once inside WestSide, I had my occupational therapy session with Erin. today she and I tried to get a hold of Trevor my case manager from the devision of the blind. We then called Steven my case manager at WestSide on information. I then spoke to Erin about a safe place to live on my on again. We then called the devision of the blind to talk to Trevor about housing. We left a message. At 11:50 I then had an early case management session with Steven. I had to sign release forms so that he could talk to my parents, sister, and doctors when he wanted to. I then went to the lobby to wait for my ride back to camp. While doing so, Dr. Miller came into the lobby with part shepherd and part husky. United soon arrived to take me back to camp. I had the same driver that picked me up. She had informed me to call Jo Jo to get United Wheelchair to pick me up every day that I go and not universal transportation. I had arrived a camp at 1:38. I had thanked my driver April, then went inside the main camp to eat lunch. My father had made me a veggie sandwich. At 2:00 I called Steven my case manager at WestSide. I then brushed my teeth and lied down to rest and slept from 2:20-5:10. I then ate dinner. At 6:15 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
