Keeping my mind and body in shape

 My Thursday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by taking my medication and massaging my leg. I then went back to sleep at 6:30 sleep and slept until 9:30. At 9:47 I then ate my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 9:55 I then had a banana with nutella and peanut-butter. At 10:12 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 10:20 I then made my bed. At 10:30 I began to do my typing exercises. At 11:00 I then did my constant therapy. At 11:35 I then shaved. Once I had done so, I then called United Wheelchair to make sure my transpiration was cancelled for Monday. At 11:55 I then did my back stretches. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon. While doing so I continued my back and the stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 12:20 I then grabbed my dumbbells so as to work my upper body. After doing so, I had strapped on my ankle weights and then did my legs exercises. I then grabbed my handgrips and squeezed them five times for thirty seconds each time. At 12:47 I ended my workout with another set of back stretches. At 1:00 I had finished my workout. After icing my legs and back, at 1:30 I had lied down to rest and slept until 2:55. After taking a shower, at 3:11 I then ate my salad before eating dinner. At 4:00 I then brushed my teeth before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.
