My Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m. by drinking a cup of hot apple cider while eating my fruit. At 7:40 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana along with half of a toasted english muffin. At 7:55 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before taking my shoer. Once I was dressed for the day, I then made my bed before doing my back stretches. At 8:33 I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 8:45 I then began to do my constant therapy. At 9:06 I began to do my typing exercises. At 9:30 United Wheelchair arrived and out the door I went. Upon my arrival at Neuro Restorative at 10:40 I sat in the lobby until 11:00 before going to Laurie's office for my O.T. Session. Today Laurie and I worked on typing up the notes from Sam my case manager from the Divisions of the Blind. We then spoke about contrast. Laurie than wants me to take pictures of my pill tray and my pill container in and out of the tray. At 1:00 I then went to the lobby to meet Calvin from United Wheelchair so that I could go home. I arrived home at 2:10 and went strait to my bedroom to lay down and rest. I slept until 3:25 before waking. After taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening. I then ate my salad. After doing so, I then ate my dinner at 4:00. Once I had finished eating, at 4:25 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
