My Sunday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a hot cup of cocoa. At 6:15 I then had half of a toasted english muffin with a bowl of oatmeal with banana in it. Once I had finished eating, at 6:30 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then finished watching the news. At 6:30, I then watched Sunday mass on television until 7:30. I then went back to sleep and slept until 11:30. My mother soon arrived home from church, thus giving me communion. Shortly after receiving communion, I then had some shrimp and seaweed flavored water to drink. At 12:30 I then changed the sheets on my bed, thus making it. At 12:45 I then shaved before doing my upper body weight exercises. At 1:22 I then used my hand grips, gripping them five times for thirty seconds each time. At 1:30 I then did my back stretches. At 1:42 I then did the stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 1:00 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 2:35 we had a quick passing thunder storm. At 3:00 I then took my shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 3:15 I then did my typing exercises. At 3:27 I began to do my constant therapy. At 3:50 I had eaten my salad and lobster roll for dinner. At 4:30 I then brushed my teeth before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.
